Personal Coaching – one on one coaching with Martez or Woodrina (both). Each session will be 50 minutes and after the initial discovery session a detailed coaching plan will be tailored to your specific needs. Not only do we understand exactly what you are going through, but we can provide you with a solid support system and an unprecedented level of respect. Unless you live locally and prefer to meet in person, we will work together by phone or Skype, this allows you to have the comfort and privacy of being either in your home or office.
Although written material is not distributed during phone coaching, the same concepts and skills that are taught in person are also taught during a phone session.

If you are not able to schedule a face-to-face coaching session, the next best alternative is to schedule a Skype session. Simply send an e-mail or call with your Skype contact name and phone number and your session will easily be arranged. All the same skills and concepts that are taught in person are taught through Skype.

Group Coaching – There is a difference from personal coaching but group coaching is also very effective. Martez facilitates the group coaching session whether it is done locally or worldwide via telephone conferencing. Questions and concerns are emailed prior to the call or local meeting and addressed during the group session.

Coaching via email – Email coaching normally works well for someone that spends a lot of time on the computer and would rather write their questions than speaking in person. This type of coaching also works well for someone who is able to explain their feelings better on paper than by speaking. After we do an initial discovery coaching session, we will work together to create a coaching plan specifically tailored to your needs during the affair recovery journey.
